Bukit Terms and ConditionsEffective Date: 11th September 2024These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your ("You/Your/User") access toand use of the BukIt platform (the "Platform"), which includes the website(www.bukitnow.sg), mobile application ("App"), and any other means of accesswe may provide in the future (collectively, the "BukIt Services"). By accessing orusing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these T&C and our Privacy Policy,which is incorporated herein by reference .Bukit is a ticketing platform operated by SHREE NEXTECH PTE.LTD., a company (the"Company") with its registered corporate office at having its registered address at 80Playfair Road #06-09 Kapo Factory Building, Singapore 367998 . We provide aplatform for event organizers ("Organizers") to list their events, promote them,and manage ticket sales and revenue, and for attendees ("Users") to discoverlatest and trending events and purchase tickets to those events. Make sure thatyou agree to be bound by the written Terms and Conditions and any otherapplicable policies published on the platform, including, but not limited to, thePrivacy Policy, when you use this platform. Your continued use of the Platformconstitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.Bukit Platform connects you with exciting events organized by independentorganizers. We provide information about these events, including dates, venues,ticket prices, and other relevant details. Additionally, Bukit facilitates thepurchase of tickets for these events on your behalf.When you purchase a ticket through Bukit Platform, for the purposes of theseTerms and Conditions, your contract is solely with the event organizer (the thirdparty).In the event of any concerns or issues related to your ticket purchase, yourrecourse lies solely with the event organizer. Bukit will assist you in contactingthe organizer if needed.Amendments to Terms and ConditionsBukit reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any part of these terms andconditions at any time without prior written notice to you. It is your soleresponsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions and all otherapplicable policies published on the Platform for any revisions. For your kindinformation, you can check “Effective Date” mentioned above in the documentto cross-check the recent updates. If you do not agree to any of the revisionsmade to these terms and conditions, you must discontinue further access anduse of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting ofrevised terms and conditions will be deemed your acceptance of the revisions.Event Organizers and Ticket InformationBukit acts as a platform to connect event organizers ("Organizers") withattendees. The Platform publishes event information as provided by and onbehalf of the Organizer. While Bukit strives to ensure accuracy, the responsibilityfor the content and accuracy of event information, including dates, times,venues, and ticket pricing, rests solely with the Organizer. In the event of anyconflict between the event-related terms and conditions and these Terms andConditions, the event-related terms and conditions shall prevail.User AccountsYou may create an account ("Account") on the Platform to access certainfeatures, including purchasing tickets and managing bookings. You areresponsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials andfor all activities that occur under your account. With that, you agree to:-Provide accurate and complete information during account creation.-Keep your account information up to date.-Notify Bukit immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or anyother security breach.Ticket PurchasesAll tickets purchased on the Bukit Platform are for personal use only by thenamed ticket holder. Tickets cannot be resold, transferred, or given to anyoneelse without written permission from the event organizer. Anyone caught usingtickets for personal gain or commercial purposes risks legal action, includingcharges for black marketing and financial or criminal fraud. While purchasing aticket, there are certain things to be considered. They are as follows.-Pricing and Availability: Event ticket prices and availability are set bythe Organizer and are subject to change. Bukit does not control pricing oravailability.-Payment Methods: We accept a variety of secure payment methodsthrough our integrated payment gateway. The specific payment methodsavailable may vary depending on the event and the organizer.-Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmationemail or notification to your mobile phone with your ticket details. Thisconfirmation serves as your proof of purchase and may be required forentry to the event.-Delivery: Tickets may be delivered electronically ("E-Ticket") or asphysical tickets depending on the event and your chosen delivery option.E-Tickets are typically emailed or accessible within the App. Physicaltickets may be delivered to your address or available for pick-up at adesignated location.-Ticket Limits: There is a chance that you might be limited to purchasing aspecific number of tickets per event. It solely depends on the Organier’sconditions.Cancellations, Exchanges, and RefundsYou will receive a full refund (100% of the ticket price) if in any case you want tocancel your booking within the cancellation window. However, it is importantthat bookings must be cancelled up to 10 days before the event date or thecourier deliver date (whichever is earlier).The tickets booked digitally cannot be cancelled offline (box office or stores).Such offline cancellations are not accepted.Whenever you cancel a ticket, a cancellation charges will be applied. Refundsonly cover the ticket price. Additional charges like commission, booking fees,and GST on these charges are non-refundable.Cancelling the tickets partially are not allowed. You cannot cancel a portion ofyour booking. If you want to cancel, you need to cancel the entire booking.Refunds will be processed to the original payment source whichever you usedwhen the time of booking. Any inquiries regarding refund delays will beaddressed according to these terms and conditions.When you receive booking confirmation, it doesn’t mean you got your ticket.You will receive a booking confirmation via SMS or email. Remember, this is notyour ticket.To access the event, you need a physical ticket or e-ticket, subject to the specificevent’s terms and conditions. Physical tickets (if applicable) will be deliveredonly after the cancellation window closes.In case of any cancellation or refund-related issues, Bukit's decision will be finaland binding.It is general that any tickets purchased was non-refundable, non-exchangeable,and non-transferable. Cancellation or exchange policies are determined by theOrganizer and may vary depending on the event.If an event is cancelled, the Organizer will determine the refund policy. You willbe notified by Bukit on behalf of the Organizer and any applicable refunds willbe processed in accordance with the Organizer's policy. However, booking feescharged by Bukit are typically non-refundable.If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the Organizer's policy, pleasecontact Bukit customer support. We will guide you get your refund.User ConductYou agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You areprohibited from:You should not upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful,threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially orethnically offensive.Using the Platform for any commercial or unauthorized purpose is strictlyprohibited. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating ormisrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity must not happen.You should not violate these terms and conditions or any other applicablepolicies. An user must not involve in the purchase or sale of tickets outside ofthe Bukit platform.Bukit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform forany violation of these Terms and Conditions.Ticket Availability, Offers, and PricingBukit Platform acts as a ticketing marketplace for Event Organizers. This meansBukit doesn't control ticket availability, offers, or pricing set by the organizers.Any offers announced by Event Organizers after your purchase won't apply toyour previously bought tickets.Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or page.Show this at the event venue to redeem your tickets.If you don't receive a confirmation after payment, encounter an error message,or experience a service interruption, contact our customer service immediately.We want to ensure your order is placed successfully even if you don't receiveinstant confirmation.Payment OptionsWe offer a variety of secure online payment options through our integratedticketing system on Bukit platform. These include Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Debit Cards, International Cards (via Stripe), Net Banking, e-wallet,UPI, and Use it and Pay Later Apps (LazyPay, Cred, SlicePay, etc).For specific events, authorized promoters may offer cash or cheque payments.Promoter details will be listed on the event page. Note, this is for only limitedevents.We are only responsible for tickets purchased directly through the BukitPlatform. If you buy tickets elsewhere, including from authorized promoters, it isyour responsibility to verify their legitimacy and the ticket's authenticity.For verification assistance, contact our customer service atadmin@bukitnow.com .Your use of the Bukit platform constitutes your agreement to all the terms andconditions outlined in this document. We reserve the right to modify these termsat any time. It's your responsibility to periodically review the Terms & Conditionsfor updates.
